Foundations of Student Assessment

The assessment of student learning has become increasingly important across all levels of educational institutions.  Part of this urgency relates to demands for basic transparency.  Additionally, research clearly demonstrates that the assessment of student learning is a powerful way to promote and realize the continuing improvement of instruction. This module will examine strategies for making the most of student assessment.
