Personal Income Tax
In this module, we will cover three main topics that seem to greatly influence our general perceptions of taxes. First, is the idea that we must do everything in our power to reduce or eliminate our taxes. There are two ways to view this strategy and one is right and the other is wrong. Next, we highlight some general cultural thoughts that reflect our (society’s) view of taxes. Finally, we look at two potential detrimental behaviors that are typical as related to taxes: acting as if there exists free tax deductions and receiving a large tax refund.
